Dr. Samuel C. Hunter, Sr is the Founder/ President of Harvest Time International Christian University. One of Dr. Hunter’s desires is, to see the body of Christ gain knowledge and clarity of the word of God. Having worked in the education field for some years, he sees and understands the need for education. After working 35 years in the funeral industry, working with many great leaders in the community, he sees the need for education to the body of Christ.

Dr. Hunter’s longtime dream came to life in 2017 as he earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Divinity, from Clarity International Christian University. Being an entrepreneur and a passion for education, Dr. Hunter strives daily to help enhance the body in Christ, through his ministry and school.

Dr. Hunter is a certified Christian Counselor, and instruct students on their journey towards receiving their degree in Christian Counselling as well as guiding them towards their certification.

Dr. Hunter’s favorite scripture is, Proverbs 10:22, The blessings of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. In Dr. Hunter’s final words to many, “Remain blessed in the Lord!!!

At the core of Harvest Time International Christian University of Theology’s mission is the powerful message that Jesus, the Son of God, gave His life to reconcile men and women to the Father. The University offers a deeply focused theological education that is grounded in the biblical truth that God loved the world so much that He sent His one and only Son who died to save all who believe in Him. (John 3:16)

The gospel of Jesus Christ empowers those who follow Him to live with one another in a community characterized by faith, hope and love. The university of Theology train leaders to faithfully live the message they teach and preach.

The driving concern of the university of Theology is to engage the world outside the walls of the church as salt and lights, just as Jesus commanded. The life-giving message of Christ is the most precious gift we can offer to those we encounter in life and in ministry. This is why we share the gospel in our neighborhood and across the nation and world – training our students to do the same.
